ITINERARY HIGHLIGHTS

​September 30th: Hanoi
Arrive in Hanoi. Take a cab to our hotel in downtown
 
October 1st: Good morning Vietnam: Hanoi – Tuyen Quang - Na Hang (B,D)
After an early breakfast, our guide and driver will pick you up and we'll set off for Lam Binh in Tuyen Quang, home to the Pa Then and Tay ethnic groups. The drive to Lam Binh is long but rewarding, with numerous scenic views and picturesque stops along the way. Upon arrival, immerse yourself in the local culture and experience their warm hospitality. Next, enjoy a boat trip on Na Hang Lake, where you can capture stunning landscapes and visit the region's beautiful waterfall.

​October 2nd: Lam Binh- Ba Be – Cao Bang – God’s eye mountain
After having breakfast at the homestay, we'll bid farewell to Lam Binh and head to Cao Bang. We'll make a brief stop to process the necessary permits to enter the frontier area of Cao Bang.
 
Our journey continues to Nui Mat Than, also known as God's Eye Mountain, a captivating destination renowned for its extraordinary natural beauty. The mountain's rolling rocky peaks are nestled amidst lush, curvaceous green grass, creating a poetic and picturesque scene reminiscent of a beautiful valley.
 
We'll have a photography session here at sunset, and if weather conditions permit, we will do the night photography (milky-way; star-trails).

October 4th: Trung Khanh - Ban Gioc Waterfall (B,D)
Our day begins early with a sunrise shoot in Phong Nam Valley, home to the Tay tribe. The tribe has significantly contributed to the commune’s beauty with their agricultural works, particularly the rice paddy cultivated along the Quay Son River. Like other parts of Northern Vietnam, the commune is at its most beautiful during the rice harvest season in autumn (September to October), attracting travelers with its wild beauty and peaceful rural life.
The day continues with a landscape photography session in the frontier area of Trung Khanh and concludes with a visit to the stunning Ban Gioc Waterfall at dusk.

October 3rd: Valley of Phong Nam & Ngoc Con
We will start the day with a sunrise shoot at God's Eye Mountain before heading towards the border with China.

Here, we'll spend the day exploring and photographing the stunning valleys of Phong Nam & Ngoc Con from dawn till dusk.

October 5th : Sunrise over the Waterfall- Ha Lang (B,D)
Wake up early to capture the sunrise over Ban Gioc Waterfall and take your time to find the perfect photography spot. Afterward, return to the homestay to enjoy a delicious breakfast.

At noon, we'll pack up and check out, then transfer to the grass hills of Ha Lang. This area offers a panoramic view of green (or brown) fields and ethnic villages below, making it a must-visit destination for photographers due to its pristine and picturesque natural scenery.

If the weather permits, we'll have a night photography session to capture the Milky Way or star trails.

October 6th: Ha Lang – Lang Son – Bac Son – Hanoi (B)
Start the day with a final sunrise and golden hour shoot in Cao Bang before bidding farewell to our hosts. We'll begin our journey back to Hanoi, making a stop in Bac Son Valley for an afternoon photography session.
 
We will arrive in Hanoi by late afternoon and drop you off at your hotel or the airport.
