INTRODUCTION
You are about to join a photography trip down to the stunning region of Norway’s Arctic Circle, Lofoten. You will get to experience photographing dramatic mountain peaks covered with snow and surrounded by surreal beaches. This part of the Earth offers breathtaking views of coastal villages and fjords, making it visual playground of a serious landscape photographer. And if we will get lucky, we will be able to see and capture the magnificent Northern Lights since March is still one of the winter months to see the Northern Lights. There will be always Northern Lights chasing every night. On this tour, Senja-Tromso-Finland is an optional extension. Please refer to the itinerary for flight information. |

ITINERARY HIGHLIGHTS

March 10
Arrive in Oslo before the official start of the tour. Book a hotel near the airport. Park Inn by Radisson Oslo Airport Hotel West is the usual hotel we stay before flying to Lofoten. March 11 (Official Start) Flight Oslo (OSL) to Leknes Airport (EVE) Airport in the morning. Please book a flight in the morning using Wideroe or SAS. We will pick you up at the airport and drive to our hotel in Hamnoy. Drive 1 hour to our hotel. Check in at our cabin in the afternoon. Sunset shoot in Hamnoy and Northern Lights chase in the evening. |
March 12
Shooting locations: Hamnoy, Moskenes and Sakrisoya. Northern Lights chase in the evening. March 13 Shooting locations: Vareid, Stortinden, Skagsanden and Flakstad. Northern Lights chase in the evening. March 14 Shooting locations: Fredvang, Skagsanden, Ramberg. Northern Lights chase in the evening. |
March 15
Shooting locations: Hamnoy, Moskenes, Sakrisoya. Northern Lights chase in the evening. March 16 (End of Tour) Last sunrise shoot. After breakfast we will drive to Leknes Airport for our flight to Oslo. |
